Weekly rates Off peak (May – August)
$3,800 (Mon-Sun)

Weekly rates Peak (September – April)
$4,500 (Mon-Sun)

Extra Guests / Additional Costs
The property can sleep a total of eight (8). Speak to your host for quotes.
Total accommodation would include four (4) queen beds, two ensuites one bathroom.

Tariff = $2100 per weekend (Fri – Sunday)

BOND There is a bond requirement of $500 to cover the cost of any damage to the boat or property.
Please note, all rubbish should be removed from the premises prior to your departure. Excessive rubbish left will incur a deduction to the bond for an extra cleaning charge.

Transfers
Each booking includes One (1) pick up and One (1) drop off per stay.

ADDITIONAL TRANSFERS
Extra transfers can be arranged via the local Water Taxi. P O A.
